At Chanting Veds, every product is crafted or sourced with care, positive energy, and authenticity. We want you to have a fulfilling experience with our products. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase.

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer support via email or WhatsApp with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Due to the spiritual and energetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• Items used for personal rituals, healing, or meditation.
• Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

Provide order details and photos/videos of the product highlighting the concern.

Once approved, we will arrange replacement shipping or provide instructions for sending the item back

Only out of stocks item will be refunded with in 5 to 7 business days.

If the same product is in stock, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged/defective items.

We recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your order, as it helps validate any damage claims.
